To everyone out there…. My daughter loves this store but their return policy sucks.

I try to be proactive and purchase my families birthday and Christmas gifts early. But if you purchase
anything from this store and its not returned within 30 days from receiving it, you can not return
it. Regardless if you have the receipt or not. They do not even offer you a store credit.

I spent hundreds of dollars at this store and I will no longer be purchasing anything from them in the
future. Maybe they will wake up and adjust their return policy.

I will be alerting my daughter friends parents about this ridiculous return policy and I’m
sure they will also take their business else where. In times like today, every customer
should be treated as though they are your last customer.

Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!

Most stores have that 30 day policy and they do offer store credit if you return it within the time frame. But instead why not just get your daughter a gift card. It’s just like money and she can choose exactly what she wants without the hassle of seeing what you already bought for her and in the end being unsatisfied. Their prices are great for those on a budget and sadly your daughter will be deprived of fashion forward clothing. I bet they won’t mind losing a customer compared to the billions they already have. As for the blog Vnikali is great!!! Love her style.
