Have just used your online ordering for the first time – sorry but it is not user-friendly at all!! I ended up making a return to your Bham store as I tried to order two different sizes of the same item but ended up receiving two items in the same size!
The store had three unused tills which I was informed had never worked! The store was so busy I did not feel like looking at all the lovely things you sell!
Please address this issue as I would like to shop at Forever 21!
