Forever 21 has horrible return policies. Our daughter made several on-line purchases and then tried to make an in-store exchange. We live in Lafayette, IN and my wife and daughter drove 70 miles to the nearest store in Castleton, IN. The clerk refused to help, citing that the return period had expired two days ago. A little flexibility would have been nice. They weren’t asking for a refund, only a store credit. Never going there again. And since I’m in advertising and marketing will make it a point of broadcasting the stingy and uncooperative attitude exhibited by Forever 21.
