I made a purchase on 09/23/2012 through the website order number 34394267 #, and I can not crawl through the site. I chose the default mode of delivery, and will be at this address until the day 10/06/2012. I need to get as fast as possible. I made purchases in other stores such as GAP, Carter’s, Ralph Lauren, Hoolister and all they could follow the path that my package was doing. Already headed some messages through the site and through Facebook and got no answer. I await information.

I appreciate the feedback, but I think you take too long to answer me do not you? The request is confirmed to me by email from the day 09/24/2012, ORDER DATE: 09/23/2012 18:36:20. I’m traveling in the U.S. and made my purchase before leaving Brazil, due to deadlines and other eventualities. I’m trying to get in touch for more than a week, tried the site, Facebook and even tried by the Blog and you only I returned 12 days later? I’m returning to Brazil the day 7/10/2012 2:00 AM, and I want to reach my purchases, I do not accept the cancellation. If I knew before could have made buying in physical stores or even in other stores via internet. I made the purchase in advance through the website, to my comfort during the trip and I think you disrespect me only return after the deadline. I await a response.
Daisy, thank you for your attention, but today is my last day in the U.S., and it is impossible to gather all this information to get approve my purchase and wait another 48 hours. I am dissatisfied because I made this purchase for 13 days before leaving Brazil, I received an email confirmation, and after that I did not have no other satisfaction. I contacted several times by various means l and got no response from you, which makes me believe that your attention to the customer’s fault. A few years ago I travel whenever the U.S. and whenever I make purchases on the internet for delivery to my hotel, and never had any problems with any of the stores (GAP, Hoolister, Carters, H & M, Ralph Lauren, ModCloth) on the contrary, always managed to trace them, and whenever they had doubts were clarified. I’m disappointed because I stopped shopping in stores Forever 21, and was counting on it, and now I no longer have this within 48 hours you ask me to give back, because there’ll be more in the delivery address. If not linger much to verify a purchase I could have used a new credit card, or redone my purchase until you have chosen a store that would suit me better. I feel aggrieved. Here is my outrage at the lack of respect you have with the customer.
