Fashion / Girl About Town: 2 Fall Looks to Rock in NYC
New York City is one our fav places in the world… the neighborhoods, the personalities, the culture…it’s the perfect place for us to play into our alter egos and dress up according to whatever we’re feeling at the moment.
One of the best things about NYC is the abundance of activities to do at any given time. Literally, any time. Get a little unconventional Downtown with some mouth-watering steak tartare at SoHo’s Balthazar or rock out to the Smiths/Morrisey Fest at Sway in an edgy moto jacket and a cloche hat.
Some days a girl just feels a little Blair Waldorf, you know what we mean? Cruising Madison Ave with the MO of doing some major damage to your credit card warrants an embellished collar shirt layered under a knit sweater and fierce cone heel pumps. Hit up the Met for some classic art or grab a lobster roll at the infamous Fishtail, while strutting in style. Now if only we could find our very own Chuck Bass…

cute items!

great selection! I really like both outfits! xoxo
Always been the downtown type. Glad Alexa Chung came along, or else I wouldn’t know what else to call it. Hey F21 (if anyone’s listening), I’d love to see more matching separates, particularly within the ‘Exclusive’ range.

Loving the items. I try to put up as many Forever 21 items I own up on my blog I just started.
I love the uptown girl look, it’s so cute and girly. I like the downtown girl too
