Hi, I bought $ 199 dollars on clothes from Forever 21 on 1/9/2012 and requested to deliver it at the Hotel where my parents are staying in Fort Lauderdale. I paid the express shipping so the clothes could arrive until today, january 13. However, the purchase has not arrived at the hotel yet and my parents are leaving tomorrow. The website does not give me any information about my order. I would like a response about the order. Also, if it does not arrive until tomorrow to the shipping adress, I would like you to refunded my expenses on my credit card. My parents are leaving to Brazil and the clothes were gifts.
