I will NEVER enter another Forever 21 contest. I entered and won a contest last march and was supposed to receive a $75 outfit from them as my prize. I followed all the directions and emailed them as soon as I found out that I had won. After 5 days of no email back I called the corporate office. I was blown off and completely ignored by the company for 4 months before anyone would even speak with me. Its now been almost a year and I have never been contacted again. This company is awful and has lost A LOT of customers because of what they did to me. I waisted so much time trying to get what I was owed only to be shrugged off as another useless person that follows this company in twitter. I urge all of you to not waist your time with this contest or any other nonsense they put on. I’m so disappointed in how this was handled, and to top it off when I was spoken to, all the employees were EXTREAMLY RUDE! I was lied to, and I hope they stop making false promises. It’s sad to see that’s how they treat someone that took the time to shop there as often as possible! This company is nothing but rude liars!
