Too much to tweet about today! Brangelina are now designing jewelry, MC Hammer is distancing himself from harem pants much to Anna Wintour’s agreement, and Kate Moss slips up, giving The Skinny on some not so good eating habits. Just another day in fashion...

First and foremost... (1) “Yes it’s true. FOREVER 21 MAGAZINE will be hitting US/Japan/Korea stores + Forever21.com starting 11/20!!” Yes, that is THIS FRIDAY. You have our permission to get amped. ;)
(2) Kate Moss made a bit of a Freudian slip last week. In an interview with WWD, when asked if she has a motto, she confessed: “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.” Really Kate? While we hope she regrets saying that, we’ve decidedly agreed with Refinery 29’s tweet response: “Um, ever had a chocolate croissant?” Enough said.
(3) The Cut reports that MC Hammer is distancing himself from harem pants, which he pretty much singlehandedly brought back in the 80’s. When questioned about them now, his publicist said that, “he’s trying to redefine himself as a social-media expert, and, as such, is distancing himself from the pants.” He’s not the only one with this opinion. Apparently Anna Wintour agrees. Wait, let me just back up one sec. “Distancing himself from the pants...”? Is it just me, or do you find this whole conversation completely hilarious? Maybe even funnier than the pants themselves?
(4) Bravo is at it, yet again, with a new reality show, or should we say “docu-series” featuring fashion photographers Markus Klinko & Indrani. Set to air early next Spring, Double Exposure will go inside these glamorous photoshoots with the likes of Lady Gaga, Lindsay Lohan, Naomi Campbell and stylist GK Reid. Any aspiring photographers out there on the edge of your seats? We sure are.
(5) It seems like there’s a new one being announced everyday, but does that make this one any less cool? Nitrolicious reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are next up to the plate for celeb collabs, designing a jewelry collection called The Protector for Asprey. From pendants to miniature silver gift items to some sss-erious snake themed jewelry, all net proceeds from sales will go to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, co-founded by Jolie in 2006. Celebs leveraging their fame for a good cause? Pretty cool...
Lastly... (6) Rumor has it Victoria Beckham signed Blake Lively to be the face of her Spr10 collection. If we were scoping the Upper East Side for a face, we’d have thought Posh would have gone for Leighton Meester over Blake, but you tell us...what do you think? Good match or kind of random?

The fourth internationally held Fashion Rocks fashion show/concert hybrid event just took on South America last weekend. Do we wish had been there? Well. With over 75 models in addition to the designers, and music acts including Diddy, Grace Jones, Mariah Carey, Ja Rule, Estelle, and Ciara... You bet. Any weekend that kicks off on Friday with a charity dinner hosted by Donatella Versace and comes to a close on Sunday night with a Calvin Klein party on a hotel rooftop? Count me in.

Legendary 20th century photographer Irving Penn just died at his home in Manhattan yesterday, at the age of 92. His iconic and influential photos will always be remembered for their utmost elegance and beauty, and his long-standing career shooting for Vogue, (which started back in 1943) will live on forever in the 150+ covers that he shot. Kind of amazing, how the above photographs still reign so iconic and influential today. Your thoughts?
