It’s official. Forever 21 Magazine will be hitting stores nationwide (Japan and Korea too) starting this Friday. Don’t have a store near you? Don’t worry. Next week, we’ll be launching a digital version of the whole thing online too. What to expect? Everything you love about The Skinny and more...from style tips and amazing high-end looks (on your budget, of course) to trends, art, music, books and everything else in between. More than anything, we want to show you that no matter what your budget is, especially in this chaotic economy, acheiving a high-end look doesn’t have to cost you a fortune...
