I think it is utterly unreasonable that my order that I placed this morning got canceled for absolutely no reason. I received an email this afternoon informing me that I have been contacted about my order and that since I didn’t respond in 5 days, my order was canceled. 1) I never got contacted about my order. 2) It hasn’t been 5 days since I just placed my order this morning! I then called customer service and they didn’t know why my order was canceled. They told me to just replace the order, but the item I wanted had been sold out by the time all this fiasco had been taken care of. So, now I can’t get something that I did want and should have been able to get. I am never shopping with Forever 21 ever again since it obviously does not care about it’s loyal customers.
